- Communication with the Hamper company arranging goods in, storage, picking and route planning.
- Up to the minute response to address changes, flexibility on delivery dates, am and pm delivery times.
- Drivers communicate with the consignee to try and accommodate last minute changes in delivery on the day.
- Daily reporting of non deliveries when customer is out.
- ‘mopping up’ service at the end of the campaign to ensure everyone gets their hamper before Christmas.
