At Vision we pride ourselves on our excellent quality of service. We make it our mission to never let a customer down, and to always give the best customer service possible at all times.

An example of our latest above and beyond actions was this week when a delivery of sandbags was delivered to a property in Rowlands Castle, England. Our customer required these sandbags due to local flooding, so it was important that the deliver was made as soon as possible.

Our customer works nights, meaning we had to arrange a delivery time which would fit with her sleeping requirements. The customer had ordered a large amount of sandbags to be delivered to her home. To make it more manageable upon delivery we organised for the sandbags to be split down into two pallets instead of one.

On arrival to Rowlands Castle one of our dedicated drivers parked in 1 foot deep water and assisted the customer with placing the sandbags down off the vehicle as her husband was currently away at work with the Navy.

The sandbags were ordered to stop her property from being flooded from recent weather. We notice when our customer’s need extra care with deliveries. We are always ready to go that extra mile to help out where needed.

Needless to say our customer was very happy with the level of service, the same service that we strive to give all of our customers on a day-to-day basis.
